Key steps

  1. Pull your toes up toward your knee and keep the foot stiff.
  2. Sit up toward them and push their upper leg down off your hip.
  3. Grab their wrist or collar to slow their arch.
  4. Move your hips in on top of their legs, then work the foot out when the grip weakens.

Key details

  • Sitting up is easy at the start and nearly impossible after they've leaned back.
  • Ripping the foot backward mid-arch just gives them more leg to bend.
