Key steps
- Clamp their leg between your legs and keep their foot snug in your armpit.
- Slide your forearm under their leg until your wrist bone sits on the Achilles.
- Lock your hands together on top of their shin or grip your own lapel.
- Squeeze your knees on their leg and bend backward gradually to finish.
Key details
- Keep their foot tight in your armpit; a loose foot slides out.
- Place the wrist bone under the Achilles, not under the calf.
- Your legs have to pin the knee; a free knee lets them rotate their way out.
