Key steps
- Keep your posture with your head up and your back straight.
- Keep both arms inside their legs or both outside; one in and one out is the triangle.
- Post on their hips and posture up to keep their leg off your neck.
- Stack them, driving their knees toward their face, to loosen the lock.
Key details
- React to the shape early; once the ankle locks behind the knee, it's much harder.
- Stack slowly with tall posture; diving forward puts your neck deeper in.
