Key steps
- Lock a seat belt grip, one arm over their shoulder and one under the other arm.
- Keep your chest glued to their back and your head tight beside theirs.
- Put your heels in as hooks on the inside of their thighs, knees bent.
- Follow their hips and shoulders as they move so they stay on top of you.
- Attack the neck once their hands get busy fighting your hooks or grip.
Key details
- Keep your chest tight to their back; a gap lets them slide down and turn.
- Keep your ankles uncrossed; crossed feet in front of them can be trapped and squeezed in a foot lock.
- Control the upper body first; hooks without a grip let them slide out.
