Key steps
- Keep your chin tucked and your hands near your collar.
- Grab their first grip at the wrist and pull it out of your collar.
- Block the second hand before it reaches your neck.
- Posture up or escape the position once their grips are broken.
Key details
- Treat a hand sinking into your collar as an emergency and remove it immediately.
- Once both hands are in, defending is much harder than stopping the first.
