Also called Upa, Bridge and roll

Key steps
- Trap one of their arms by pulling it tight to your chest.
- Step your foot over their foot on the same side to trap that leg.
- Plant your other foot close to your hip.
- Bridge up and over your shoulder toward the trapped side.
- Land in their guard and posture up right away.
Key details
- Both traps go on one side of their body; that's the side they can't post on.
- Bridge up first, then turn; rolling while flat on your back has no power.
- Drive the bridge over one shoulder; bridging straight up only bounces them.
