Key steps
- Take a collar grip with one hand, high on the side of their neck.
- Take the opposite sleeve near the wrist with your other hand.
- Place your foot on the biceps of the sleeve arm to keep it stretched.
- Hook behind their knee or push their hip with your other foot.
- Work the collar and your feet against each other to bend them forward and off balance.
Key details
- A strong collar pull bends them toward you and puts their weight on your feet.
- A bent sleeve arm can drive into you, so keep it stretched with your foot.
