Key steps

  1. Control one of their wrists, then reach across with your other hand to grip behind their triceps.
  2. Pull the arm across your body in one motion.
  3. Step outside their hip on the side of the dragged arm as you pull, so you move past them.
  4. Lock a body lock from behind or shoot a single leg as they turn back to you.

Key details

  • Step as you pull; if your feet stay planted, only their arm moves.
  • Aim to get your chest past their shoulder; staying square lets them turn back in to you.
