Who we are

Peng Zhu operates Jiu-Jitsu AI. Email support@jiu-jitsuai.app. Post: Peng Zhu, Unit J, 4th Floor, Building 2, No. 599 Wanzhen Road, Zhenxin Subdistrict, Jiading District, Shanghai 201824, China.

This policy covers the website at jiu-jitsuai.app and the training journal on it.

What you give us

If you use the journal without an account, we keep a guest identifier, the name, belt and gym you type, the sessions and techniques you log, the notes and tags you write, and the photos or videos you upload.

If you record a session, the audio goes to a transcription service so we can turn it into text. We do not send your name or email with that audio. The text is saved only after you confirm it.

If you ask the assistant a question, we send the question and the parts of your own log needed to answer it. We do not send your name, email or handle.

We do not ask for injuries, weight or other health details. A note you type yourself may still contain them. Do not put those in a note if you do not want them stored.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your journal to train a model for other people.

Your sessions stay private to you. We do not publish them.

How long we keep it

A guest journal with no activity for 30 days is deleted by a scheduled job. That includes the sessions, techniques and files stored for that guest.

We do not offer accounts on the site yet. When an account exists, we keep that journal until you ask us to delete it. Settings → Delete account removes the sign-in and the journal after you type DELETE. Email us if that does not work.

Who helps us run the site

Other companies host the site, store the database and files, send email, and check text before the assistant answers. Video pictures are fetched by our server. Error reports do not include your name or email.

Those companies may process the information only so we can run the product.

Children

Jiu-Jitsu AI is for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly keep information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it. See the age page for the rule.

Your requests

Email support@jiu-jitsuai.app to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. We will answer.
